1 While waiting for my tour bus to arrive, I noticed this fell just walking down the street with a cart in morning peak hour traffic and he was yelling out at the top of his lungs bout something.
2 The fella walks up to the bloke with the cart, yelling just as loued and I'm thinking its on like Donkey Kong.
3 Turns out that the cart was getting away from him and he was yelling for some help in pulling it up as he had a red light and traffic had stopped.
As they're fond of saying here - "This Is Africa".
